Reporting to the Director of Human ResourcesProvide recruitment support for employees which include recruiting, researching, interviewing, screening, and placement for job openings with the company.Conferring with management to id personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.Developing job descriptions and edits descriptions written by management.Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.Initiates contact with qualified candidates for job openings.Reviews all applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about company to the candidates.Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with management and hiring team within company.Writes and places job advertising in various media outlets.Develops and coordinates with HR Coordinator internal job posting program and writes job postings.Arranging travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants.Performing reference and background checks on applicants.Coordinating communication with applicants.Filing and maintaining candidate database for future open positions.

Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer.Arrange for the dispatch of products, information packages, brochures etc. to clients and other interested parties.Follow up the calls of the client with clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departments.
