My role sits within the Recruitment function however its remit covers HR, Inductions and Onboarding, Graduate Recruitment fairs, internal & external Marketing and PR, as well as the full end to end Recruitment resourcing of all positions covering EMEA. I am responsible for resourcing a variety of roles from Analytics, to Development and CxO level positions across many different countries in the EMEA area. My Key Responsibilities are:•Internal & external marketing of roles via Job Boards, Linkedin, Social Media Platforms and our internal Company Magazine and Intranet•Working with key stakeholders within the business to understand their requirements and take these out to market •Qualifying candidates that come in via adverts or through active headhunting to establish whether they are a good fit for both the role and for our company •I am proactive in resourcing and headhunt candidates through Linkedin, from Job Boards, from Social Media platforms and through referrals •Advertise roles externally and internally – building a candidate attraction campaign for each role to take out to market •Be proactive on our various different Social Media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and our internal Platforms ensuring all roles, company events etc are documented in a appropriate fashion to build brand awareness and attract talent •Assist on all Recruitment Administration •Work closely with the Recruitment Manager, HR Manager and VP HR on all Induction and Onboarding projects to ensure that all candidates have an excellent experience from the moment they speak to us about a role until we pass them on to their Manager •Work closely with the HR & Recruitment team to organise relevant social company events
