-Loan portfolio management and database administration on the debt management system.-Develop and implement debt management policies and strategies to manage the country’s debt portfolio effectively.-Monitor and manage the country’s debt obligations including debt service payments, debt covenants, and other debt-related requirements.-Prepare reports and presentations on the country's debt portfolio, including financial analyses, debt issuance proposals, and debt service projections.-Monitor exchange rate movements and evaluate the impact on debt costs over the medium-long term.-Process the logging and resolution of data discrepancies in the debt system, including following up with creditors to ensure loan statements are reconciled.-Offer advice to senior management, and internal departments (task teams, financial specialists and audit) on public debt-related matters; including debt restructuring, risk management, and compliance issues.
