During an immersive year-long IT Graduate Program, I honed my practical expertise and acquired valuable skills across various areas of information technology. The program's four distinct 12-week rotations provided comprehensive insights into all facets of IT.Service Transition and Knowledge Management:• Led the independent redesign of the Service Transition process, aligning it with ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma principles.• Successfully managed stakeholders across IT to elicit business requirements, develop the process, and secure final IT leadership sign-off.• Continuously maintained high-quality BAU work throughout the process redesign initiative.Cyber Security:• Gained hands-on experience as a Cyber Threat and Vulnerability Analyst, evaluating threats from diverse sources.• Designed a formal process for identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, driving efficiency enhancements.Architecture:• Developed architectural deliverables for multiple projects, creating innovative solutions using the TOGAF ADM.• Worked in a global Architecture team, becoming familiar with each architectural domain.• Achieved TOGAF Practitioner certification through an intensive training course.Business Architecture:• Collaborated with key stakeholders to help define a detailed business case triage and execution process, incorporating Agile practices.• Prepared and presented proposals outlining strategic opportunities for cost-saving and improved IT efficiency.In addition to the rotations above, I actively contributed to the growth of the IT Graduate Program by assisting in coordinating the next round of IT Graduates' induction, conducting post-interview catch-ups, and serving as their on-boarding buddy. As the inaugural IT graduate, I aimed to leverage my first-hand experience within the program to help it develop and expand.-
