As the US HR administrator, I am responsible for overseeing all day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee and HR records. While at Hexaware, I managed domestic HR needs and oversaw background verification for US clients like First Advantage and Universal Background Verification. This included verifying candidates' education and work experience, ensuring effective task allocation within the team, and maintaining efficient closure turnaround times and quality. I also fulfilled VOE needs for multiple clients and conducted background verification and criminal records checks for companies such as Amazon, Maersk, and UPS drivers. Additionally, I handled crime records verification, CDL records, Army and veterans’ verification using various tools and websites.
