Chief Bailiff of Marion County Superior Court 13 Civil Division, Mass Tort and Environmental Docket.- Maintain and oversee the case management for thousands of active cases in Marion County, IN, such as: complex Mass Torts, Environmental, Civil Torts, Civil Collections, Evictions, Mortgage Foreclosures, Civil Plenaries, Civil Protection, and other Miscellaneous case types. - As a Judicial Clerk: researched, wrote, presented, and drafted orders, motions, and memorandums for the Judge and Magistrates. - As Chief bailiff, maintained the courtroom decorum and protocol while providing services to Judges, parties, and jurors during trials and hearings. Interviewed and hired the staff for Court 13. Recorded & reported during court hearings and trials. Liaison between the Court and attorneys, clerk’s office, sheriff’s office, state agencies, and the public. Created and maintained the court calendar and schedule for Judges and Magistrates.

- Worked with Pro Bono Indiana Inc. I helped plan, set up, and run a pro bono clinic in Montgomery County Indiana. A co-worker and I ran an advertisement campaign consisting of physical flyers and internet outreach. I setup a Gmail, Google Voice, and calendar to assist with scheduling. On the last Tuesday of every month, I spent time at the clinic. I met with residents and matched them with an attorney who answered their civil legal questions. Through my work, I was able to promote equal access to justice for Indiana residents. This specific project improved the overall delivery of civil legal services to those with limited means in Montgomery County and Crawfordsville.- Worked for the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men Law Committee and planned an ethics training event for current Attorneys and students in law school.- Worked for the shared space company Fusion 54. Helped in the development of a working agreement, mission statement, and identified veteran and minority owned companies in the area through research.- During the summer BIP program was certified in A3 Thinking and LEAN training.- Worked on the Tools and Procedures team to set up 8 presentations to teach over 100+ consultants email etiquette, emailsignatures, outlook calendar, and how to best utilize Microsoft Teams and planner to collaborate with team members.- Worked with a team to conduct an economic impact study on Crawfordsville to determine how developing a new baseball fieldwill financially impact the city.

Tracking spam calls affecting callers in Indiana and the United States. My research assisted in the development of a multi-state task force to investigate the top 20 companies accounting for over 60% of the spam call traffic into the United States. During this process, I provided research and evidence regarding the actions and whereabouts of the companies producing the spam calls in the United States. As a member of the leadership team, I attended meetings and mediations, and helped draft, review, and edit civil investigative demands and press releases for the general public. Through my work, I was able to help slow the current flow of spam calls in the United States and bring us one step closer to eliminating them. Coupled with the work on spam calls I involved myself in data protection outreach. Presenting at public recreational centers, I taught senior citizens how to protect themselves online. The presentations highlighted ways to protect against scams and identity theft

Worked as an Intern in the Data Privacy and Identity Theft Section at the Indiana Office of the Attorney General. I learned how to research, write, and present legal memorandums for attorneys. Worked with attorneys and investigators to collect data and information for active cases. Met and worked with deputy chiefs of each section of the office and learned about the work being conducted in each section. Received training on internet safety, data protection, telecommunication.
