Responsible for the professional delivery and development of all aspects of the golf operations and that members and guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Responsible for organizing and coaching groups and individuals, stocking and running a profitable pro shop, the provision of a club repair and custom fit service. Handling some of the administration of the golf club, organization and operating tournaments, corporate days and pro-am's. Liaisons with the Superintendent in the upkeep, maintenance and development of the course. I have a proactive role to attract new guests and retain the existing ones.
