Watering and pruning plants and produce. Harvesting fresh vegetables and removing dead plants whether it be in the hoop house or out in the vegetable production rows. Also weed pulling is a big form of garden maintenance necessary on the farm. Another major obligation we have on the is to compost our waste. We allow different organizations and people in the community to dump their food waste in our compost site at the farm.

Washing plates, utensils, pots, pans, silverware, and every single dish in the restaurant before leaving. I dispose of dirty linens and I clean dish tank and server’s area at the end of the night.
