As a Shipping Coordinator in Schulte Building Systems I have learned what it is to be able to become a peoples person. The day to day experience of dealing with logistics, and people have made me a more outspoken person. I have climbed through the ranks, and been put in a position of leadership within my department. I believe that by the grace of God, my work, effort, and determination I have been blessed to be in the position I am in. I started off as a helper with zero experience, but quickly rising through the ranks have made me realize how hard work can pay off in a company. I am open to work in any position that is at my reach and capabilities. If something seems out of my reach comes to me, I make sure to excel and work until that something is within arms reach. My goal is not to only become a better person in this company, but work to being a part of something bigger than myself. As a peoples person I will always look out for the best interest of my company, customers, and peers.
