From 2016 to 2022, I worked to provide my client with quality care, assistance with daily living, and other various duties. Duties included scheduling Doctor's appointments and transporting my client to all appointments on time and safely. Keeping track of all medications and keeping in contact with the pharmacy to insure all client medications were up to date, refilled, picked-up, and delivered to my client on time. I also kept track of INR levels and did routine blood-work to insure my client was in good health. General home health duties included giving assistance when needed for cleaning, hygiene, acquiring and transporting groceries, and other areas where my client needed assistance. A significant accomplishment when working for my client was that my client never missed an appointment or was late, they were transported safely and on time, always.
