Oversaw every aspect of the program planning, creation, marketing and implementation process for 150+ OLLI courses annually. Overhauled e-mail communications into Mailchimp format and transitioned from Wordpress to Drupal website, leading to improved communication and marketing.During the COVID-19 crisis, provided decisive leadership to transition all OLLI programming online, minimizing the financial impact of the pandemic, and instead substantially increasing OLLI programming and revenue. Oversaw $1M+ annual budget; doubled CE revenue in 6 years.• Supervised CE program staff while hiring and managing marketing/communications team (a total staff of five).• Supervised rebranding of school website and marketing.• Implemented school’s first system for online patient appointment requests.• Created and conducted school’s first large-scale patient survey.
