As a Recruiter- Searching appropriate profile to match the requirement using job portals, references and database. Preliminary screening of the profiles and validating the candidates based on their proficiency in the respective skill set and communication skills and their fitment with the business’s requirement criteria.  Scheduling interview for the shortlisted candidates, which includes various modes like telephonic interview, Video Conferencing, Webcam and Face to Face. Conveying correct feedback taken from the clients of the candidate. Follow up with the candidates until the joining period. Negotiating salary with selected candidates.
