My goal is to ensure a seamless customer experience and integrated revenue strategies.> Automation: Using tools such as Notion, PhantomBuster, Lemlist, and Make.com, I orchestrate process automation throughout the customer journey, eliminating silos and driving agility.> KPI Monitoring: I consistently focus on our key performance indicators, from ARR to churn, to guide our growth and ensure revenue predictability.> Invoicing: I streamline and oversee the invoicing process, integrating this critical step into our value chain and ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients.
