I joined Abacus! in October 2015, and earned my CPA license in 2017. Since then, I have progressed into the Senior Advisor in our Tax Department. With our great team of tax professionals, I specialize in all kinds of income tax preparation and tax planning. Abacus gave me the opportunity to earn the Masters of Taxation from Golden Gate University. During my undergraduate years, I volunteered at the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program through Missouri State University. I enjoy providing the best tax advice to help people achieve their business and life goals.In Springfield, MO, I attended both Missouri State University and Drury University, where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2008 at Drury and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2015 at MSU. Laura and I were married in October of 2017 and, together, we have a pug named Otis and a Lab mix Archie. We like to take one to two trips a year to different places in the US to experience the different scenery, food and customs.
