Sam's experience as a project engineer ranges from assisting with project bidding and estimation to project billing and close out. Sam works closely with vendors, general contractors, and clients to establish working relationships and to productively work through project construction. Sam also has worked through project permitting process to obtain permit documents throughout the design build process for both Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of work. Additionally Sam is the main POC for foreman and field crews for typical issues and project management such as; RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, Shop Drawings and Daily Reports. Sam directly assists the project manager to manage 10 to 15 project at any given time.
