● About Me ●I am an industrial designer from Vermont who studied at Cedarville University. I will be graduating in May 2024 with my B.A. in Innovative and Industrial Design.I seek to create user-centered, functional, and aesthetically attractive. I have a passion for biophilia and incorporating it into design.● Top Skills ●Creative Problem Solving: Through all my projects at school I have developed creative problem solving through implementing design thinking strategies into my work. I seek to design to solve the user’s needs and in a way that is novel. For me, it is more than just how it looks and functions, it must help the user solve their problem.Rendering: While at school, I developed my product design and architectural rendering skills using programs like Keyshot and Enscape. I love taking a model and visualizing it in what could be its natural environment. I seek to show how the product or space would look if made.Teamwork: I worked on many group projects at school, and I work well with others. I take feedback well and am not afraid to provide feedback to others. I worked on a State Park Design for De Smet, SD and a transportation design for rural Iowa with people in my class.3D Modeling: For my projects, I learned to model well in 3D using primarily Solidworks, Sketchup, and Gravity Sketch.
