United States Army Information Technology Specialist with 3+ years of experience in an information technology but with 5+ combined years in customer service. I worked in a help desk oriented shop while providing tier 1 and tier 2 support for all network , hardware, peripheral device troubleshooting, and accounts. I led a shop of 3 people to fully support a battalion of roughly 900 people as being the lowest ranking in my shop. I successfully completed projects as in : Imaging, Mass Device Troubleshooting, Software troubleshooting (Microsoft), and Mass Network Troubleshooting. I was able to create an ticketing system for my shop to maximize our efforts in customer support and with keeping track of daily and monthly progress, I have been recognized on multiple occasions for my hard work and my willingness to learn that it led to me being cross trained into another MOS and also landed me a position outside of my rank. I have completed 5 mission critical field events and was the lead network communications rep and handled over 200 personnel and their devices solely and successfully during these events. I will be certified in A+ by end of month and network and security plus will be done before end of September I have already studied and applied the material just waiting on my voucher. I am an knowledgeable Information Technology Specialist capable of configuring and optimizing workstations, training users, and assisting with the implementation of process improvements in a variety of areas and wants to be part of team that we can help each other grow and be successful members of the organization .
