I'm an experienced fintech individual whose most recent role as a Senior Solution Engineer has allowed me to work with technical and non-technical personnel. Communication is key as I often explain complex integration and security requirements to teams and individuals who may not have a technical background. I enjoy the hands-on experience of working in HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, C# and Java. I'm also an experienced Research Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. I am skilled in Analytics, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Contact Centers, and Workforce Management. I've built listening posts to gather feedback, analyzed the responses, and delivered action items to key stakeholders at my organization.
