Account Manager
Current- Responsible for sales of all INFICON products to Semi & Vacuum Coating Segment - Leak Detectors, Vacuum Gauges, RGA, Smart Manufacturing Software - Digital Twin, Scheduler, FDC.- Maintain excellent relationships with customers.- Conduct review on customers periodically to supply market feedback on products, accounts, and competitive trends.- Maintains high visibility in major customers and profiles to determine key decision makers.- Provides technical advice to current and potential customers regarding specific applications of company products to meet their needs.- Demonstrate the full line of all products, system & solution to customers. Prepares quotes and correspondences, submits forecasts and monthly reports along with other information as requested.- Penetrate current accounts with new evaluations for INFICON products to lay the foundation for future sales.- Manage all evaluation projects and coordination of internal resources against customer’s expectations.- Make recommendations concerning product line revisions, pricing changes, and sales policy changes.- Assist in development of sales/marketing plan for territory and implements plan to meet sales quota by product category and dollar volume.- Confirm all system configurations, specifications and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders.
