Some things my job involved me doing were:• Dealt with queries from members of staff about any issues they have on unilearn (our VLE).• Maintained and edited student team websites the University has.• Produced marketing posters about events coming up in the school to inform staff and students. Used Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign to create these. • Supported the school at University events like Open Days and Applicant Visit Days.• Edited and updated the schools research centres websites using the Universities content management system. • Helped our academic staff in the school learn about our new VLE Brightspace.
