My most relevant engineering experience has been working for over a year in Industry at Colder Products Company, an ISO certified manufacturing company. I held positions in design, quality, and manufacturing technologies where I developed a wide range of skills in engineering. I worked mainly with CPC's biopharmaceutical products, so I am familiar with the level of testing and certification that comes with a high importance product. In my design position, I helped develop new products by participating in a design blitz process, and I also supported many other prototyping processes. In quality, I worked mainly on six sigma style quality improvement projects where I carried out numerous DOEs and informed their analyses. In manufacturing technologies, I validated lots of machines and processes and helped design and implement manufacturing process improvements.In most of my other jobs, I have focused more on community and leadership positions. Whether in a position as an RA in a residence hall or as a sustainability apprentice at Spark-Y Youth Action Labs, I've always enjoyed helping others learn and have fun. Helping to bring out the best in others fills me with purpose in my work, and I always love working collaboratively.
