A highly motivated and passionate individual with an interest in aviation.Present:I am currently in my first year of an Aircraft Maintenance Technician apprenticeship with Air Tanker, studying my CAA UK Category A fixed wing modules. By the end of the apprenticeship I hope to have achieved my CAA Category A Aircract Maintenance License and to begin working with Air Tanker.Past Experience:Before my apprenticeship, I worked at Belfast International Airport for a year as a Ramp Agent and subsequently a team leader with Swissport. During this time I developed the foundations of many of my skills which include communication, teamwork, time management, delegation, leadership, initiative, and resilience. I also learned and developed many skills directly related to aviation such as aircraft marshalling, conventional and uplift (Towbarless) pushback, headset communications, aircraft security search and check, loading instruction report forms (LIRF) and more. I also worked with many departments including front-of-house, airport operations, dispatch and the airlines to ensure a safe and efficient ground handling service.
