Sam utilizes his experience and background in commercial construction management to assist the Accelerated Development Services team by facilitating seamless organization and consistency during the construction process for our clients. He brings a proactive approach to problem-solving with an ability to find solutions to challenges that benefit each of our projects.To best serve our clients, he will be focused on honing his skill set throughout the construction process beginning at the budget phase, on through estimating, coordinating municipalities, and subcontractors. He will assist with the closeout of projects and ensure prompt and accurate reporting for our clients and financial partners.
