His expertise encompasses infrastructure, civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, landscape, sections and drawings. Dave provides timely and accurate reporting on each project which encompasses subcontracts, job costing, AIA documents, change orders, subcontractor draw review, progress reports, material acquisition, and bid management.
