 Lead the development of DWC productivity strategy, roadmap and deliver target Animate productivity ideas through WS/consultant/WWBU /supplier to build up idea pool, and accordingly develop productivity project pipeline. Coordinate X-functional resources to ensure effective execution of productivity projects.  Foster total involvement productivity culture in company via BP sharing, seminars, celebration, etc.. Set up and develop the INNO library, collect the information including the cost, solution, sourcing, process, machine and the competitor information; Connect inside the CBU to get the innovation needs and share / translate them to the InnoHunters; Look for innovation practices in the local market (competitors, local suppliers, fairs, ...) and share to InnoHunters; Act as SSD contact window to support, provide the solution and coordinate the DWC/WWBU INNO & RENO activities to ensure the projects launched on time  Seek the opportunities to optimize the cost and the efficiency of the suppliers by the tools (Force, DAMAWAY, Lean, …); Support the SSD2.0 develop in the department; Optimize the SSD process and tools.

 Manage the productivity activity in DANONE China and develop the productivity target and budget. Build up the productivity organization and training the employee for the technical skill. Collect and manage the productivity suggestion from plants and support make the assessment and approval. Report the productivity project situation including the risk and opportunity and seek the resource and support. Develop the motivation policy and promote the best practice, build up the continuous improvement and excellent culture. Make the audit for the productivity in plants yearly, find the problem and opportunity to make the suggestion to the plants. Support and monitor the productivity project and confirm the result and benefit. Cooperation with the consultant institute and the professional company to introduce the new productivity technique and best practice. Develop the productivity project and build up the culture in the Co-packer, to achieve the win-win. Review the KPI scorecard of DANONE factories monthly and develop and tracking some action to improve the performance. Optimized the operation system of DANONE factories by Lean and Damaway tools. Give some training for Lean and Damaway tools, saving mindset as well in DANONE plants.

Manage the lean activity in plant and build up the continuous improvement and lean culture. Support and manage the Kaizen project in plant, make the guidance and track the benefit. Provide the technical support to assure the facile production and lead the cost reduction action. Eliminate the waste by the lean tools. Launch the improvement action to reduce the cost including the production cost, the logistics cost, the storage cost and the operation cost. Support the planning department to solve the material shortage issue by implement the PULL and JIT system. Design and manage the fixture. Take charge for the process of packing and shipping and launch the cost reduction project. Manage the manufacture process and prepare the Operation Sheet for setting up the procedure analysis and the labor time.  Solve the problems including process, packing, tooling, and quality; properly training for the workers and assure the manufacture quality. Solve the installation and quality issue in jobsite and provide the profession technical support and training to meet with the customer requirements. Design and improve factory layout according to production demand to enhance the production efficiency and optimize the facility and manpower. Assess the supplier capacity and audit the process and lead time of the out sourcing part in the supplier. The piece work system maintenance to enhance the employee efficiency. Promote the lean culture and make the train of the lean tools for the employee in plant.
