In my time at Eclipse Distribution Ltd I have gained some vital skills that will help me to grow in my career, some of the skills include; staff management, planning skills, vehicle information, sales and product knowledge, recruitment of drivers and staff for the company, weekly debrief meetings with customers and staff.
