I am graduate from the University of North Texas where I studied computer science. My goal is to obtain a job in the private sector as a network administrator, and to that end I have gained coding and network security experience. I've built programs using the C++, Python, and Java. Additionally, I have some familiarity with both SQL and Firewalls.Early in my education, I was actually studying medical laboratory sciences, and as a result I have more diverse skillset than most people in computer science. My path changed when I took a coding class. I fell in love with computer science and changed my major. I genuinely love working with computers, and look forward to the day where I am able to put my skills to use in the workforce. I am also a skilled world traveler who has been to several foreign countries and have successfully worked with the people there. I know that once my education is complete I will be a strong addition to any company, able to use my skills to help create a great product that help keep people safe from online threats. People who have worked with me know that I am a reliable and capable coworker. I am capable of creative and effective solutions to problems, but I can also recognize when someone has a better solution than me and step aside to let them take charge. I am most proficient as an independent worker, but I am also effective when working with a group of people to complete a project or goal. While most of these assessments come from small part-time work or from school projects, I am entirely confident that they will translate into the professional sphere and allow me to succeed there. If these qualities sound like a good fit for your workplace, or if you simply want to talk to a like-minded professional, feel free to contact me.
