From preliminary analysis of disputes through to motions practice and closing and appellate arguments, I have successfully represented clients in the fields of contract law, natural resources, real estate, eminent domain, construction law, trade secret, and all types of contractual issues. I lead trial teams litigating complex and consequential cases and, though trial is certainly an exciting aspect of my practice, I'm equally proud of successfully resolving many cases through settlement and motions practice. Previously, I clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Nancy Rice at the Colorado Supreme Court, interned for the Jackson, Wyoming Town Attorney, and practiced with the Denver litigation firm Reilly Pozner LLP.

While at Reilly Pozner, I litigated cases including the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, a multi-million dollar trade secrets action, and numerous contractual disputes.

While clerking, I worked closely with Justice Rice on all types of cases at the Court. Clerking requires excellent research and legal writing skills--tools which are invaluable in my current practice.
