Additionally, I've been exposed to creative and flexible solutions to deal closings still unfamiliar to the general business brokerage industry.Prior to working at The Independence Group, I represented major construction and shopping mall developers in the Inland Empire in addition to a Fortune 5 corporation as part of its real estate acquisition team tackling issues including: the drafting and negotiation of purchase/sale and lease agreements; counseling clients with respect to CCRs, easements and due diligence; preparing HUD-1 escrow statements and negotiating escrow fees; and assisting clients with acquisition, construction, and take-out loans from commercial lenders and insurance companies.
