Prior to consulting, he managed two global CRM & ERP programs in an "in house" capacity for a total of 7 years (Oliver Wyman & Serena Software). Sam has also successfully grown revenue & practice capabilities as part of leadership and had prior P&L responsibilities. Sam has previously served in various roles such as Manager of Professional Services (CRM) & IT Manager at various companies. Sam has prior large project & account exposure and has managed 30,000 hour projects in the Technical PM role. He possesses strong communication skills and collaboration experience with executive management teams (C level) at various companies. He has also lead "pure play" strategy consulting engagements as it applies to Salesforce, quote to cash processes, and business transformation.Previous experience includes leading enterprise projects at recognized companies exceeding $40+ Billion in yearly revenues.
