Director Of Client Delivery
Current-Client Relationship Management-Responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships. This includes understanding client needs, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.-Service Delivery Oversight-Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This involves coordinating with various departments and teams within the organization.-Team Leadership- Leading and managing a team of Program Managers. This includes setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and evaluating team performance.-Strategic Planning- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. This includes identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new technologies or methodologies.-Budget Management- Developing and managing budgets for the client service team, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.-Performance Analysis-Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and the overall performance of the client service team is a key part of the role.
