Co-founded eScribe in 2011 to provide turn-key, outsourced scribe program staffing services to providers and hospitals in emergency medicine and ambulatory outpatient settings. The company grew rapidly to become the 4th largest provider in the space with over 400 employees in 30 locations and 12 states. In September 2015, the company was acquired by ScribeAmerica, a Chicago Growth Partners portfolio company.

Served as Vice President responsible for leadership and integration of three strategic acquisitions to form the 2nd largest revenue cycle services company in the emergency medicine industry. Owned the national client base serving over 200 practices and hospital system clients, achieved 100% retention during the transition.

PMA became recognized as a leading provider of innovative and cost-effective revenue cycle services to emergency physician practices. After experiencing a period of rapid growth and technological innovation leading to a world-class workflow process, PMA was acquired in January 2012 by TSystem (a Francisco Partners portfolio company) to serve as a platform entry point to the revenue cycle services space to serve their existing customer base.
