With Safe Food Certifications, I managed auditing services through customer service and development by:1. assisting food manufacturers and processors in contracting and scheduling third-party food safety audits for their facilities.2. helping facilities to understand the food safety auditing process3. partnering with facilities to discern their specific needs and identify priorities4. developing a customized plan to approach certification5. providing quotes and service agreements6. scheduling audits with an appropriate auditor7. ensuring continued compliance by scheduling repeat annual auditsI worked specifically with the BRC and SQF audits (which are benchmarked to GFSI), as well as audits for HACCP Verification, Gluten Free, FSMA Compliance, FSMA Foreign Supplier Verification, and Costco Supplier audits.
