-Responsible for three departments, over fifty brands, and sales of 5 million dollars.-Worked with merchandisers, vendors and district planners to translate product information to sales associates.-Worked with sales associates to promote product knowledge, merchandising, and a customers-first environment. -Promoted product knowledge by comparing features and benefits of different products.-Provided upper management with information on sales associates and department sales trends.-In charge of the engagement committee that made sure that associates throughout store could have their voice heard in the workplace.
