I'm responsible for quality assurance of Gospel Library, and assist with other mobile apps produced by the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I also support the mobile apps team by coordinating UI translation, managing releases, maintaining content management systems, and providing training, documentation, and support.

As the creator and manager of SingPraises.net, I work to improve the design, usability, and content available on the web site. The web site contains varied and comprehensive information related to music in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Some of the technologies used on the web site are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python/Flask, and MySQL.

I was responsible for publicity and coordination of BYU Tunnel Singing, including creation and maintenance of a Facebook page, creating and distributing flyers, leading Spanish and French singing groups, reorganizing the program as a BYUSA club, and facilitating communication between leaders. Tunnel Singing is a weekly event where students gather to sing hymns.

As one of three program directors, I led a team of dedicated volunteers who meet weekly on BYU campus to give service. I helped plan, organize, and publicize events. Our main objective was to get people involved in the community by doing service using computers and the internet. Most of the service Vineyard does is for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, through Vineyard.LDS.org, Volunteer.LDS.org, Create.LDS.org, Tech.LDS.org, FamilySearch.org, Mormon.org, and other projects.

I made sure that church membership records were kept up-to-date and recorded any changes in local church leadership, using office computers and online tools. I was also responsible for 1) technical support and training of other church clerks in my area, and 2) filling many of the graphic design and secretarial needs of the local church leaders.

As a cafeteria worker, I ensured that people who came in had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I helped with various tasks, such as serving food, washing dishes, operating the cash register, stocking shelves, and keeping the dining room clean. Occasionally I helped prepare food as well.

As a web content editor, I updated the text of web pages that Bonneville is responsible for maintaining. I was responsible for keeping the content management system organized, and doing other tasks as requested by other employees.

As an LDSTech service missionary, I helped with the technology needs of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints each week for 10–12 hours. My was focused on gathering volunteers and resources to put church music online and in church mobile apps in around 100 languages so it could be accessed by church members and others worldwide.

Maricopa, Mesa, And Yuma, Arizona

As a full-time missionary, I worked with other missionaries to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I was assigned to work in different areas of Arizona with various co-workers. Our normal work day began at 8:00 AM with two hours of studying, then we worked from 10:00 AM to about 9:00 PM each day actively proselyting, with two hour-long breaks for meals. Besides strengthening my commitment to my religion, I acquired skills for teaching, planning, working with others despite differences, and leading groups of other missionaries. I also learned Spanish during this time to work with the Spanish-speaking community.

Pensacola, Florida Area

Using Adobe InDesign and working closely with the author, I designed and formatted the content for Jeffrey M. Bradshaw's book "In God’s Image and Likeness: Ancient and Modern Perspectives on the Book of Moses." I have helped from time to time as a consultant for other books he's published since then.
