Project managing Hope Bristol 2018, which bought 1400 volunteers to Bristol for a week of social action projects. Responsibilities:- Finances: including building a budget for the event and fundraising over £100,000 through grant applications, ticket sales and personal giving.- Communications: including building a website, running the social media platform, producing promotional videos and print media and meeting with hundreds of leaders across the city.- Logistics: Including venue hire, transport for 500 people and organising accommodation for 500 young people- Safeguarding, health and safety and insurance

I tutored students who failed to meet the minimum requirements for Year 7, ensuring their Maths and English skills were up to an acceptable level.

I worked as an intern at a large church and charity working with young people across the country. As part of this I travelled as an assistant to an international speaker, travelling to conferences around the world. I also received communication and leadership training.
