• Contract Management: Negotiating, preparing, and owning Qantas Group airport contracts (new and renewal)• Commercial Engagement: Providing ongoing support to the organisation on terms and conditions, contractual rights, privileges and obligations for operations• Driving Cost Efficiencies: Continuous improvement of cost efficiencies, and reducing unit cost charges• Airport Relationships: Primary contact on and owner of airport/airline contracts, including negotiation of landing charges, new route launches, incentive/rebate support, route entry/exits and Qantas Group operational access• Stakeholder Management: Up to C-suite level• Commercial Infrastructure Lead: Qantas Group commercial lead on major airport development projects• Financial Analysis: Assessment (including cost/benefit analysis) on airport incentive/rebate arrangements and long-term Qantas Group pricing/cost impacts• Regulatory Impact: Engagement with Government departments regarding the implementation and ongoing impact of mandated charges

Discover, prepare internal business cases for, and implement technological innovations at airports across the Jetstar network in an attempt to improve and optimise passenger experience, operational efficiencies, and commercial outcomes.- Manage a team of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring key project deliverables are met against time, cost, and quality metrics- Define opportunities for development through technology advancement and Innovation.- Document project objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.- Ensure project development is consistent against the sponsor’s approval and maximises innovation and development.- Ensure project delivery is compliant against the Jetstar Project Delivery Framework.- Manage project contingency and approvals in alignment with Jetstar’s Project Delivery Framework- Ensure all necessary governance frameworks are adhered to and approvals gained for change and development- Develop project cost and benefit estimates to support Project Brief and Business Case development

- Negotiate with airports to obtain the best pricing outcome for Jetstar leveraging the airline’s business model, growth forecasts etc., and key commercial learnings from negotiations with JANZ airports to date- Manage a range of wider commercial issues that will impact the JANZ business, including airport commercial and operational issues- Act as lead throughout airport-specific consultation on pricing, terminal development, and other matters affecting the JANZ cost base- Managing, as necessary, with the support of other teams in the business issues such as: competition law, government affairs, corporate communications

- Provide financial and commercial support to Telstra channel partners and internal Telstra stakeholders- Undertake Licensed Store Post Opening Reviews to identify opportunities to improve/drive licensee profitability- Program management of Planning & Review process, including expandability criteria- Management of licensee renewal process
