Directly oversaw Qantas Domestic Terminal Leases at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth which facilitated ~36 million annual customers, 150+ retail outlets, 300+ commercial advertising sites and world leading product innovations. Oversaw $70M+ pa in Qantas revenue, $1bn+ pa in airport costs and $50M+ pa of Qantas direct capex. Key achievements:- Oversaw / negotiated multiple global aeronautical agreements (including route incentives) in differing regulatory frameworks. Value ranging from $50m to $1bn+- National Retail Business: Oversight of Qantas’ national airport retail business (150+ shops), leases, marketing, investments and performance across four terminal- Responsible for Qantas’ national commercial advertising business covering 300+ digital, static and experiential sites. - Oversaw all terminal master planning, designs and delivery at Qantas owned terminals. Projects include expanded terminals, new gates, baggage systems, automated check-in, security screeing, lounges, concessions, transfer facilities, consolidation of operations into the same terminal, new products, ORAT, etc.- Challenged and influenced many airports to adopt Qantas' alternative designs or solutions to best meet the group and industry needs. - Perth to London 787 domestic and international terminal integration: Set the vision & concept. Program owner, negotiated commercial deal, design, delivery and ORAT - Sale of Qantas Sydney Domestic Terminal Lease for $535m and ongoing access arrangements- Sale of Qantas Brisbane Domestic Terminal Lease for $112m and ongoing access arrangements- Team Leadership: developed and maintained a highly engaged and performing team (consistent 98%+ engagement results), particularly through major change.
