Managing the mechanical engineering team's preparation of the Arrow STF solar electric vehicle for the 2019 World Solar Challenge. As part of this, I'm in the process of arranging the manufacture of a chrome molybdenum front subframe as a continuation of my undergraduate design project.

Design, develop and spearhead manufacture of a chrome molybdenum front subframe for the Arrow STF solar electric vehicle in preparation for the 2019 World Solar Challenge.

Worked on the design, development, and construction of the new Arrow STF for the 2017 World Solar Challenge with a focus on chassis and aerodynamics. -Optimised the bodies aerodynamic performance through ANSYS CFX Computational Fluid Dynamics.-Analysed the carbon monocoque chassis through Solidworks modelling and ANSYS FEA. -Designed, developed and spearheaded construction of the doors and side impact protection.

Designed, developed and built mechanical systems for the arrow 1 and STF world solar challenge vehicles as part of the mechanical engineering team.
