Intelligent Automation Support Engineer
CurrentAs part of Simplyai's Managed Services Team, I am responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of our deployed automations and infrastructure on behalf of our clients. I also contribute internally to our quality control team, develop software tools, and provide technical support.At Simplyai we use UiPath, Snowflake, Power Platform and related tools to optimize business processes through intelligent data and systems analysis along with robotic process automation (RPA) strategies for our clients.
