We work with customers and clients of all sizes from one-man businesses up to some of the largest corporations in Australia. We are constantly innovating and optimising our products and processes to offer Australian businesses the best online advertising support available and to help them make the right decisions to be found in Australia's increasingly digital and mobile marketplace.• The role includes working with the team to build and optimise websites while maintaining one of Australia's largest directories with over 1.8 million listings online, a database of customers that is constantly changing as over 600,000 businesses are created, changed or closed every year in Australia.• It also includes managing a wholly Australian owned and operated 50 person call centre in Manila, hiring and training agents, organising team structures, and working on scripts and strategies to sell our product across Australia to businesses too small to afford a marketing staff member or in desperate need of technical help to establish an online presence. This ultimately boils down to making the call centre a profitable and effective arm of the business. We have a goal to be the best call centre in the Philippines and we are well on the way to achieving that.• We're also helping car dealers optimise their sales channels by opening up new channels to market, moving away from cost per lead and focusing on a cost per sale system.
