Working is something that I pride myself on. Looking ahead and doing my best to impress is something I am always trying to achieve. No matter what the job may be, I want to not only do the job 100%, but I want to do it better than anyone else. When I first started landscaping, I borrowed my families lawn mower to go and do jobs. But the old lawn chief was slow and broke down a lot. I used the money I saved to buy a "new" John Deer from someone who didn't need theirs anymore. With my new equipment, I was making sure to know how people wanted their grass cut, length, pattern, trimmed. It was not a matter of just cutting the grass for me, it was how can I make my customers satisfied. I still brought this motivation with me to my other jobs. When working for Jimmy John's, I always tried to beat the average delivery time or 9 minutes, always tried to motivate and befriend my co-workers, and always tried my best to make my costumers elated. No matter what I do in the future, I will be striving to improve and assist not only myself, but others around me as well.
