Consulting to CGU: Test automation lead for a team of 8 people working on a project developing an in-house replacement for a core insurance policy system. Managed the agile team developing a framework in open source tools (cucumber, ruby, selenium webdriver, mongoDB, Bamboo).The complexity of the project necessitated a custom framework with highly centralised test logic and intelligent data variants across a large suite of acceptance tests as well as the ability to read and adapt to the changing configuration of the system under test across multiple environments.

Consulting to CGU: BPM designer and automation test lead for a team of up to 12 people on several projects to centralise and optimise business processes and task allocation in a single software package. Focussed the team on achieving high levels of automated test coverage and regression using open-source continuous integration technologies (Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium webdriver, Ruby). This culminated in a 99.3% pass rate during UAT on the final production release.Management of the team included reporting, work allocation, test case authoring, test execution, story review and managing defect lifecycles in JIRA and Zephyr.
