As a Mechanical Engineer, I am driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact in the world. Throughout my studies, I have developed a passion for applying my technical knowledge to create innovative solutions that can solve key issues in my community.My experience in conducting research has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of user needs, which I have leveraged to develop products that are not only functional but also visually appealing. With my expertise in CAD/CAM, including Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360, I am able to bring my designs to life and create products that truly make a difference.Throughout my career, I have gained a wide range of skills and abilities, including 3D modeling and rendering, human-centered design, technical writing, and project management. I am also skilled in architectural visualizations, furniture design, and design for additive manufacturing.One of the highlights of my career was my work as a product design intern at XtremeMechanics Ilorin. While there, I was part of a team that designed and manufactured face shields using additive manufacturing (3D printing) during the COVID-19 pandemic. I also modeled a generic V6 engine using Autodesk Inventor, which was used as a teaching aid for secondary school students.In addition to my technical skills, I am also a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. As the President of NIMECHE KWASU-SC (National Institute of Mechanical Engineers, KWASU Student Chapter), I focused on improving the design culture among mechanical engineering students by forming the Tinkers club, where we applied concepts taught in class to real-world problems and employed the use of CAD software.I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to using my skills and passion to make a meaningful impact in the world.
