As an Assistant Operations Officer at US Army, I manage and coordinate the operations and training of an organization of 595 employees, including projects at the multinational level. I bring organizational and communication skills that have been tried and tested while being an Officer in the U.S. Army for four years.I have a strong background in leading large and small teams in order to achieve success. I have served as a Company Executive Officer for two different types of organizations, managing the maintenance and property for all combat vehicles and equipment totaling $50 million dollars. I have also led a platoon of 16 tankers as a Platoon Leader, conducting multiple training events and missions. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University, where I developed critical thinking and analytical skills that help me in my current role. I am motivated by the values of service, excellence, and teamwork, and I seek to contribute to the mission and vision of the US Army.
