- Carried out the fifth FinScope Survey for Bank of Uganda in the region of Karamoja. - assisted FinScope Team in GPS tracking and locating of different Enumeration Areas. - built rapport between local authorities in the communities and FinScope Team. - listed and interviewed households to record Finscope, Digital Financial Services and Currency-related responses in the districts of Kaabong, Karenga, Kotido, Abim, Alebtong, Dokolo, Kaberamaido, Kalaki, Serere and Kumi, using Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing Systems. - ensured that the respondents provided complete and accurate information consistent with the quality checks.The Finscope Survey was conducted by Bank of Uganda as part of the evaluation of the level of the Bank’s success towards its core value of promoting price stability and a sound financial system in support of socioeconomic transformation in Uganda. It covered 3,210 households all over Uganda to seek information to determine how individuals 16 years or older (i.e adults) manage their money, the extent to which they use financial services to do so, and to monitor the changes in levels of financial inclusion over time.
