Championing Aviation Safety on the African continent. As an Ambassador, I was instrumental in shaping Season 4 of the Focus Sessions 2024 by providing input in form of well- developed questions addressing all the four episodes of the Focus Sessions in the following topics; Systems thinking in safety: focus on whole-system safety, not parts; Management of change; Authority gradient and safety leadership; Mental health: how to look after ALL staff beyond cabin crew and flight deck crew.

- Carried out the fifth FinScope Survey for Bank of Uganda in the region of Karamoja. - assisted FinScope Team in GPS tracking and locating of different Enumeration Areas. - built rapport between local authorities in the communities and FinScope Team. - listed and interviewed households to record Finscope, Digital Financial Services and Currency-related responses in the districts of Kaabong, Karenga, Kotido, Abim, Alebtong, Dokolo, Kaberamaido, Kalaki, Serere and Kumi, using Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing Systems. - ensured that the respondents provided complete and accurate information consistent with the quality checks.The Finscope Survey was conducted by Bank of Uganda as part of the evaluation of the level of the Bank’s success towards its core value of promoting price stability and a sound financial system in support of socioeconomic transformation in Uganda. It covered 3,210 households all over Uganda to seek information to determine how individuals 16 years or older (i.e adults) manage their money, the extent to which they use financial services to do so, and to monitor the changes in levels of financial inclusion over time.

Northern Region, Uganda

I was Program Assistant for BRAC Uganda - Health Program overseeing the Reading Glasses for Improved Livelihoods Project. - performed correct vision screening for Presbyopia among people above 30 years of age in Gulu District, BRAC Uganda’s regional office for Northern Uganda. - prescribed reading glasses for clients who were found to have the condition of Presbyopia. - monitored village Health Promoters and ensured that they performed their respective tasks.

Uganda

- facilitated the Virtual Learning Content Program where I trained secondary school students under the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program on life skills such as communication, time management, leadership, public speaking, financial management, problem solving, negotiation in various Scholars Program partner secondary schools across Eastern, Northern and Central Uganda.

West Nile Region, Uganda

- evaluated the Tiny Targets Project for tsetse fly and trypanosomiasis control in the West Nile Region of Uganda with focus on the districts of Arua, Maracha, Koboko, Yumbe, Moyo, Adjumani and Amuru.

- performed data entry and payroll tracking. - monitored guests and informed appropriate employees regarding guest requests. - assisted receptionist during lunch or any other breaks or absences and provided support to front desk operations at office. - developed and managed office files and prepared files for storage. - ensured neat and clean front office area and maintained effective environment for both employees and clients.
