A highly experienced, highly trained project management professional, Sam works across the business with a wide range of stakeholders to drive accountability and deliver business benefits. In 2024, Sam is driving two Agile Scrum teams to develop new products, improve existing products, and support EPFR’s tech stack through continuous Sprints. Sam continues to support EFPR’s value creation programme, which features those transformative projects that require special steering and follow-up as EPFR attempts to double annual contract value by 2027. Sam drives the reporting and tracking of project status including costs and benefits achievement, leads fortnightly Steer Cos, and manages the new business case process. Sam was selected with a group of colleagues to enrol on EFPR’s leadership programme. In 2023, Sam supported the divestment/carve-out of EPFR from FTSE 100 firm Informa after private equity firm Montagu’s acquisition of EPFR in 2022. Sam helped to drive the business migration plan with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing and Property Leads. EPFR’s business migration programme was one of the quicker migrations Montagu had seen from a Portfolio Company.Sam hit the ground running when starting at EPFR in January 2023 by delivering a phase of a Key Accounts project in time for the company kick-off in Mexico in February. Sam delivered the whole Key Accounts project on time and in budget for the Sales team, which featured a course of training, roleplaying, and document creation and formed the basis to restructure EPFR’s global Sales teams to focus on Key Account customers. Sam also delivered a Key Accounts planning and whitespace app for use in Salesforce. Sam successfully delivered the design and implementation phases of a new pricing model project. The new pricing model achieved excess price increases versus budget. Sam also directed complex conversations around implementing the new pricing model into a CPQ platform (Configure, Price, Quote). Between 2020-2022, Sam developed and delivered a business transformation programme at Ericsson which resulted in higher scores on maturity assessments conducted by external experts. Between 2018-2019, Sam created and implemented two multi-million-dollar digital transformation projects at Bacardi which resulted in: beating the competition and leading market share; massive e-commerce growth; increased revenue; cost-savings; and organisation-wide training. From 2013-2017, Sam worked in advertising and communications with 50+ clients. From 2011-2013, Sam worked in Insurance Complaints and Redress.
