A fully qualified and highly accomplished Aeronautical Avionics Engineer with six years of experience. Since leaving the British Army I have transitioned into the medical engineering industry. Since October ‘20 I have been with Hologic as a Field Service Engineer. Within this role I provide all encompassing aftersales support solutions, including servicing, maintainance, upgrades and fault rectification on a range of medical equipment, including mammography equipment, specimen cabinets, biopsy vacuum systems to name but a few. I work face-to-face with customers to ensure their needs are fully satisfied on a daily basis. Admin is a key factor within my role, keeping up with training developments, engineers technical bullitins and field updates are vital to the role. I plan my own days and manage my own time, which ensures I’m an affective keen problem solver, well organised and work well under pressure especially for time critical callouts.
