• Client engagement, functional requirement analysis and documentation.• Design and build (configuration & dashboards) to meet Functional Requirements for delivery, complete system documentation (including Technical Configuration Specifications), engage with other implementation team members to ensure functional delivery.• Accountable for quality assurance of the delivered functionality which include Functional Testing.• Prepare and facilitate UAT, and user training.• Work and deliver against set procedures & standards.• Log NCRs, deviations, or potential improvements that are identified.

• Design and configure IsoMetrix based on provided requirements and in line with the Design and Configuration Standards.• Interpretation and translation of BRD requirements into measurable builds and changes based on the IsoMetrix Solution Templates.• Providing estimates for inputs (Requirements, Change Requests, Defect Resolution etc.)• Conduct unit testing on all project deliverables (Requirements, Change Requests, Defect Resolution etc.)• Capture data in line with project requirements (Org Structure, User Groups, Users, Master data, Historic data etc.)• Defect management and resolution of issues identified on the project.• Collaborative peer reviews with other System Design Specialists to ensure quality is delivered throughout the team.
