I was the project manager of a project in which we developed ERP-Jakamo (SCM portal) data integration for purchase orders and commissioned the portal to Fastems' suppliers and purchasers. For example I created and implemented system that gives items automatically tariff code according to it's ERP system classification code.- I created automated script that imported drawings from network drives to Aton PDM.- I opened productized projects to our ERP, intranet and PDM systems. For example I created preliminary time schedules for projects to be looked at in delivery time service meeting and imported estimated workloads to our ERP system.My work involves using a lot of LeanSystem ERP together with Microsoft Excel to extract and process data for different uses. Some tasks that I performed during this time include:- Updating and checking bill of materials of two cabin types for production and for customs- Design/sketch special tools and fixtures based on ones currently used in assembly to be produced in target country- Create and/or update work instructions for cabin welding and assembly in Finnish and… Show more I worked as project assistant in a project where our goal was to move production of some Ruukki made cabins out of Finland. This was actually rather large part of my job and maybe the most interesting too.I worked in total of two different projects in Ruukki with some time in between them.
